Summer Frisco Festivals

The summer is all about getting outdoors and enjoying the best that summer has to offer.  San Francisco is no different and as such is  no stranger to great, fun festivals for all the family.  Here we take a look at the Colossal Clusterfest  that took place earlier this month from June 2 to June 4.

Featuring Bill Burr, Jerry Seinfeld, Kevin Hart, the Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Pete Davidson and many, many more, this was a hugely successful event.  Singletons had the opportunity to seek out their true love at the live dating game Friends of Single People.  Hosted by Jo Firestone the event was fun and cute and an awesome way to get up close and friendly with some of the comedians participating.

Some of the other festivals getting in full swing now that the summer is here include: The Marina District’s Union Festival (free admission) featuring 250 craft booths and 25 gourmet food booths; the 120th annual Rhone Rangers Wine Festival featuring over 500 wines; the Soy and Tofu Festival (in two days’ time, free admission) at Japan Town’s Peace Plaza with live music from Asian American performers and a whole lot more.

So get ready for a sizzling San Franciscan summer!
